What data we process

Data entered in the contact form: name, email address, company name and message.

Data entered in the booking form: name, email address, phone number, chosen slot and note.

Messages typed into the AI chat.

Technical data related to running the site (e.g. server logs, IP address).

Handling your inquiry and scheduling a call — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps).

Running and securing the website and chat — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Recipients of data

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

Website and backend hosting — Vercel Inc. (USA).

AI model behind the chat — Anthropic PBC (USA); chat messages are sent to this provider solely to generate a reply.

Email notifications about inquiries and bookings — Resend Inc. (USA).

Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers are based in the USA. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

We keep data as long as needed to handle your inquiry and stay in touch, and then for the period required by law or until you object.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, restrict processing and object. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Voluntary provision

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to book a call or receive a reply.

Anonymous visit counter

Regardless of consent, we use Vercel Web Analytics — an anonymous, cookie-less visit counter that identifies no one (nothing is stored on your device) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) do we use Google Analytics 4 — provider: Google Ireland Ltd. (Dublin); data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA (Data Privacy Framework).

The tool sets cookies and collects pseudonymised identifiers, a truncated IP address and usage data.

You can withdraw consent at any time — “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Cookies

Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only after you give consent.

Beyond that, the site uses only technically necessary mechanisms (e.g. remembering your consent decision).

AI chat

Chat conversations serve only to answer your questions. Please do not enter sensitive data. We do not use automated decision-making with legal effects.
